Iran film ‘Gilda’ ready for big screen

Iranian film ‘Gilda’ co-directed by Keyvan Ali-Mohammadi and Omid Bonakdar is ready to hit the big screen.

The exact screening date of the Iranian social film ‘Gilda’ has not yet been officially announced.

The movie shoot of ‘Gilda’ took place in a building in the northern part of the Iranian capital city of Tehran featuring noted Iranian actress Mahnaz Afshar sporting a fresh look.

In addition to Mahnaz Afshar, the film’s cast includes Siavash Mofidi, Hamidreza Pegah, Hamed Komeili, Reza Shafieijam, Hadi Hejazifar and Farrokh Nemati.

The movie narrates the story of a restaurant owner, named Gilda, who spends the darkest night of her life trying to survive until the next morning.

‘Gilda’ is the forth joint cinematic project produced and directed by Bonakdar and Ali-Mohammadi.
